 A training provider asked me:

How can you auto change the text response e.g. Strongly agree to 5, Agree to 4, Neutral to 3, Disagree to 2, and Strongly Disagree to 1?

👉 The normal way:

Select Home tab > click Find & Select > select Replace

in the Replace dialog box,

in Find what: box, type Strongly Agree

in replace with: box, type 5

click Replace All.

repeat the steps for Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree

That's how many clicks?

so the TP ask if I can reduce it to ...fewer click

(for busy TP, every single training need to repeat this)

Solution 1: Just hire an additional admin clerk to handle, no problem

Solution 2: hire a robot to make it faster (you got it)

Solution 3: continue the old way (with grumbling 👎)
